Crossing examines the overlap of opposing formal qualities. The works combine structural hardness with playful openness and keep both poles present at the same time.

The series is realized in different scales and materials: as large-format objects in aluminum, as works in wood, and in smaller versions made of plastic. Scale and material are not merely variations, but part of the ongoing investigation. Crossing is conceived as an open series and is continuously being further developed.
